As our nation fights the coronavirus pandemic, our efforts must not stop.

To help our nation fight Covid19, Svadhyaya is launching its COVID-19 Vaccination Registration Helpline.

This helpline, aims to bridge the technological gap by helping people who lack digital literacy or basic digital infrastructure to get themselves registered for Covid19 Vaccination on CoWin platform.

One of the most effective ways to beat COVID-19, is mass vaccination. However, in our country, a huge population does not have access to basic digital infrastructure or the technological know-how. Because of this impediment, many find it near to impossible to register for themselves online, without help. 

To bridge this technological gap, we’ve launched a helpline project, wherein we impact by helping people who lack digital literacy or basic digital infrastructure to get themselves registered for Covid19 Vaccination on CoWin platform. We also help them through our software support to find slots in their localities, whenever available.

Anyone who wishes to seek help, can give us a missed call at 820-7539101. Our help desk volunteers would reach out to help with the registration process/Slot Booking or the general Vaccination FAQs.

The HelpDesk Volunteers may help in two ways: 

a) By making the registrations on the Person’s behalf, by seeking necessary details. OR

b) By giving oral directions while the person in need makes the registration online themselves.

How can you help?

Apart from this, anyone who needs to get loads of COVID related resources verified, they may send all the details of the leads to us over whatsapp at +91-8207539101. Our volunteers would verify the resources and get back ASAP.

1. As a part of our PAN-India outreach, we are reaching out to grassroots community organisations, to make sure that help reaches to the local levels, across India. We are willing to have any such organisations on-board, to help us out by:

a) Making us get in touch with their community of impact, so that we can help those people with registrations and slot booking procedure.

2. We are reaching out to people who can help us with community mobilisation (virtually over social media platforms) to make sure this help reaches out to the maximum people in need.

3. We are also accepting monetary donations, so that we can expand our vernacular outreach operations and make sure no one is denied access to vaccines, due to lack of resources.
